# Packrift No-Match Policy

Packrift exact-spec tools must not label nearby products as exact replacements.

If dimensions, material, closure, adhesive, printer compatibility, strength, color, pack count, or SKU do not match the buyer's requested required fields, return `no_exact_match`.

Safe next actions:

- Show the closest family/category page without calling it an exact match.
- Route to bulk quote or manual procurement review.
- Ask the buyer which attribute can vary.
- Keep AI_HOLD and AI_FIX products out of purchase paths.
